Your name, photographs, videos, images, and any accompanying language may be utilized for public information without prior notification or compensation. Additionally, you acknowledge that the materials you submit can be employed by Max’s for any purpose indefinitely.
By submitting materials, you explicitly release Max’s Taphouse, its affiliates, and assigned others from any liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to your submission.
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit media.
Following evaluation, Max’s Taphouse retains the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, reject, remove, or disallow the inclusion of any and all submissions.
Max’s may revise or change this policy at any time, without notice, so you are advised to check it before submitting content. The policy revision in force at the time of your submission will govern the contents of that submission.
